Better mood
Definitely a five star item. I noticed that after taking it I get in a better mood and that’s great news. Helps with bowel movements for sure. Not sure yet about if it helps you sleep or not. The taste and smell are very pleasant. It is true that it doesn’t dissolve well right away, but give it some time. It is also true that half a container is empty, but it is not a big deal because the weight of the product is indicated on it. Will be ordering on a regular basis as a subscription, may try a different flavor.

I recommend the magnesium however I gave it four stars because the container is a bulky and wasteful for the amount that is in it.

Trouble sleeping? This works!😴
I was having issues falling asleep at night, I felt tired but my brain just wouldn’t shut off. After taking this I noticed a huge improvement, it went for 30-60 min to fall asleep to 10 or less! Just take a 10-15 min before you wanna go to sleep and itll help you relax and feel calm. Not a great taste when mixed as a drink but I just dry scoop it with some water and it’s not bad.

Honestly a bummer, I saw the reviews and still thought let me just try it maybe it’s not that bad and nope it dissolves horrible, has absolutely no taste of the flavor it comes in. Just gross and waste of money because I can’t return it.

Fake Flavor Doesn’t Disolve
I have trouble swallowing large pills, so I searched for liquid or powdered alternatives to several different supplements. I chose this for its price and what I thought would be convenience. After using it the first time, I noticed it was very difficult to get it to dissolve into my fruit juice—it just clumped up. The same is true for using it in warm/hot tea. Added to that frustration was the flavor – a very fake-tasing lemon raspberry that was hard to camouflage in other drinks. I’ll probably use the rest of it but I would not order again.

It works!
This really helps me sleep. When I don’t use it, it takes me longer to fall asleep. You have to mix it with hot water for it to completely dissolve. The taste is pleasant. It’s a little sweet, but completely doable.

This powder it’s water insoluble. I tried in warm water as well but still didn’t dizolve well. The part that doesn’t dissolve it sticks inside the mouth and it’s chewy. Not sure what’s made of but doesn’t have any effect. I prefer it in form of capsules. Better absorption and efficiency.

Disappointed with this product. It doesn’t dissolve well in water, the quantity is small, and it’s overpriced. Bought it because of the ‘Amazon’s Choice’ label but it didn’t meet expectations
