I have always had a low iron count. Having these as an option to take for iron supplement is great and all. I can’t take pills. However the taste is ehhh. It’s alright. But it makes my tummy uncomfortable.

Great way to get iron
My husband won’t take supplements (tablets or capsules or sprays). But he will eat gummies, if I set them out for him. His doctor wanted him to take more iron. This one is a more absorable form of iron and he takens them. Very happy.

After going through chemo and immunotherapy for breast cancer, my body was beat up. I expected a slow bounce back but wanted to do what I could to help feed my body what it needed to do that. good iron, awful taste
They work, but ooh boy.The taste is berries mixed with blood. I was hoping this could work, but none of us can bear the flavor, the blood/iron taste is just overwhelming. I’ve been just swallowing them like a pill, and the person we bought them for can’t take them at all.
