I love mega food supplements and use quite a few of them. I used the prenatals with my last 2 pregnancies so I decided to use the postnatals as well after having my last baby.I have always been a just-enougher when it comes to producing breastmilk. I kept getting engorged randomly and could not figure out what was causing me to produce more breastmilk on certain days. I finally put 2 and 2 together and realized it was when I was taking these vitamins. I didn’t realize they have Moringa in them. These really helped me produce more milk and give me the extra vitamins I needed after pregnancy. They didn’t cause me to get constipated or upset my stomach either. I would definetly recommend these.

Finally Feeling “Normal” Again Postpartum
Disclaimer: The tablets are larger and taste like vitamins. I don’t have a problem swallowing pills and I don’t really care how it tastes, so I don’t have any issue with it, but wanted to mention it! They also do cause pretty intense gas. Hoping that will pass as my body adjusts to taking these daily.I have been taking my regular prenatals (different brand) for the first 6 months postpartum. I never really felt refreshed or productive. I have been taking these for about a week now and suddenly I feel energized. I feel like myself and like I can focus better and get things done without feeling like I need a nap after 10 minutes of work. As an added benefit, I love that these help me ensure that my baby is getting proper nutrients from my breastmilk.I did notice that the dose of Vitamin D is rather low so I am going to begin supplementing that in addition, but otherwise this is a great choice of supplement for postpartum!

I gave it two stars bec it does work with giving energy to me. I am ok with the taste and the size of the pills. But it caused me to have so much gas and to my baby too. Also caused strong vomiting for my baby. Im so upset bec it was big blows of vomiting. Also I feel my milk supply lessened. I immediately stopped taking it just after a few days. May have worked for others but it was more cons for me than pros. Now I have to look for another postnatal supplement to replace it.
