Effective Massage Design: 2.5″in diameter and weight in 5.5oz. This lacrosse massage ball has a hardness of 45 degree, with a single point of pressure that reaches directly to the fascia that surrounds the outer layers of the muscles, relieving muscle fatigue and pain in the legs, hands, arms, neck, back and feet.
Safety Material: Made of 100% natural rubber, non recycled PVC inferior material, with moderate hardness and softness, softer than hard golf balls and harder than soft tennis balls, providing better massage without pain. The material has Certified by SGS and meets the EU import standards.
Easy to use: With a lightweight design and gift bag, you can put the massage ball into your handbag and take it out for massage anytime and anywhere. Simply stick the ball to your back and lean against the wall to scroll, or step on the ball with your foot, you can release fascia tension while strengthening core strength for stability.
Cost-Effective: A massage ball is like a masseur’s elbow. By rolling back and forth, the fascia and muscles are stretched and released, and muscle soreness is alleviated, just like a masseur massaging your pain points, without you having to pay hundreds of dollars for treatment. Also, massage balls are not as expensive and difficult to carry as massage guns.
Absolutely satisfied: For Whatever Reason, If you are a bit dissatisfied with this massage ball, you can refund it at any time, and we will listen to your opinions immediately.

Perfect
I was recommended by my PT to get this to help work out stiff muscles in my back and also for my chronic heel pain. The size is perfect to roll my heel on. It’s about the same size as a yellow tennis ball. It’s soft but also hard and sturdy does not feel cheap at all. No weird smell or anything. Very easy to use and I think the price was a good value for what you get. I just have to keep hiding it from my dog who thinks I bought it for him lol.

Fabulous!
First discovered this type of item via my trainer. I bought the double pair because I keep one downstairs to use while watching TV and one upstairs. They are excellent for working with fascia issues.

I got it just because of the cool colors

Husband loves it!
It helps relieve muscle tension, which is what we were looking for. Great size, doesn’t have a smell, it’s hard enough to help, and it’s money well spent!

Nice massage ball
Works well for the purpose. Sturdy. Withstood our 45lbs pitbull mix thinking it was her toy a few times without any noticeable damage.

Great for tight QL’s!!!
This lacrosse ball is the best tool for massaging out trigger points in the quadratus lumborum muscle which is one of the more difficult muscles to access, because half of it is hidden under the spinal muscles. Lying on a lacrosse ball at a 25 degree angle makes it easier to get the ball under the spinal muscles and have complete access to the quadratus lumborum. Besides that, this ball has a beautiful blue cloud pattern, and since it is made of natural rubber, it does not smell like a tire shop! This is actually the only lacrosse ball I have found that is made from natural rubber … all other brands are made from toxic synthetic rubber.

I’ve bought 2 of these as I left one in a hotel room. I prefer this one to a “brand name” version my girlfriend uses.

Works as described for sore and tight muscles
