For strength training
So I’m writing this review to help others decide to get or not, so I’ve ALWAYS worn cross trainers tennis shoes, either Nike or Reebok but in recent months I’ve switched from just cardio to strength training and HIIT and my legs and knees have been putting in a beating, I’ve tried to figure out if it was incorrect movement or my shoes, and come to find out through trial and error it was my shoe, now it may be different for someone else as we are all different but when I would wear my Adidas EQT flat cross trainers (no arch) I was not getting the pain and DOMS as much and felt like with my sumos and RDLs I needed something completely flat, I do have arch but I have really strong feet so I did my research and purchased these, I wear a women’s size 7.5 and have wide feet, I first bought the 6.5 but they wear too too tight and it compressed too much then next day bought the 7 and it’s a perfect fit with socks, now I could have gotten away with the 6.5 without socks but I don’t want to have stinky shoes so knew I had to go half a size up and it’s a perfect fit! In my living room I tried a sumo and leg squat and what a difference! I saw that in the gym I was moving forward too much and not getting good stability so I know these are just what I needed, im not sure how they’ll hold up in the long run but for 34 bucks it’s worth a shot, I hope this help others, they are nice too but most importantly I think this will help with balance and proper form, for reference I will be wearing these at the gym doing functional trainingUpdate: these are phenomenal weight training shoes I know they ain’t Nikes but they have been so good to me, im a couple months they broke in and are even better than new, you got break em in and they have helped so much weight training highly recommend!!! The best velcro bare foot shoes but can be better
The top fiber material is more elastic and tight than other similar bare foot shoes. The colors are good. The feeling during workout is exceptional, Could feel the feet firmly standing on the ground. The rubber outsoles are excellent to avoid slipping on the floor, especially has water. However, the velcro alignment of left one is not procise. In other words, the leather belt is very easy to worm. Meanwhile, The velcros are too long.I recommend them, and am willing to buy new pairs in future. However I hope they could do improve the above issues to make them better.

Comfortable and Effective!
These foot huggers are comfortable and do exactly what I need them to do while lifting. I can feel the floor while wearing them and am stable while lifting. Great purchase!

Cheap and effective
I’ve been lifting for about two years now, and as my deadlifts and squats approach high 200s (I’m also 265 lbs myself), my feet have been feeling progressively worse in gym shoes. One foot always had a sore ball, and the other hurt in the arch. These are flat and give me a barefoot feel while still giving me some traction so I don’t slip on my cheap gym mats. Feet feel much better after only a few weeks of use.Very lightweight. Kinda feels like wearing pool shoes.I’m sure there are much better out there, but they cost 5x more, so I’m happy.

After reading other conflicting reviews I was nervous about sizing. I measured my feet and used the size chart, they fit perfectly. I would personally ignore your normal shoe size and go solely based on the chart. My feet are usually a women’s 7ish and I got a 7.5. If I had listened to reviews saying to size an entire size up they would have been significantly too loose. These feel sturdy but are incredibly light and have a lot of grip. They’re a bit like water shoes/practice dance shoes with more support and flatter, thicker soles. The yellow colour is just as vibrant as the image. Very happy with this purchase.

Not sure what I was expecting. These are like those foot shaped running shoes, with a very thin sole. Plenty of grip for the gym and the velcro makes them easy to put on, plus I like the bright yellow colour. Main issue is they are a little narrow, despite being advertised as wide fitting. If you don’t have fat feet, I’d recommend you take a look

I’m normally size EU 43-44 with very wide feet. I decided to get the US 11.5-12. The right shoe felt a bit tight across the foot initially but after wearing them for a full gym session I didn’t think of it at all.I measured my foot and checked the size table before ordering. If you have wide or high feet and you’re in between sizes I would recommend sizing up.Initial thoughts are that they are amazing, they look cool, very light, good grip, easy to put on and very competitive price.Only thing is to see how they hold up after long term use.Recommend.
