Great Product
This product has all the ingredients I read about. Magnesium Citrate, Malate, Glycinate and Zinc. Together, I read that this combination helps sleep and bowels. I have taken every sleep product in the world !! As a shift worker it is hard to sleep. THIS product allows me to sleep a solid 8 hours, and my bodily functions are better (Bonus!)It comes on time and is as described.

Must better than expected

Not For My Stomach
Even though I started out with one capsule a day (dose is 2 a day) I ended up with severe diarrhea and had to stop it after about 7 days. I had high hopes that it would help me sleep better, but apparently I’m over sensitive to this type of Magnesium. I’m still giving it 4 stars because I do feel it can be very helpful for relaxation and sleep.

Fantastic, It has changed my nights
It’s been one year I use those pills, and my nights are incredibly different.I sleep deeper, I feel rested,I am always tense in my body and when I use these pills to sleep, the morning my body feels so relaxed , my belly feels relaxed .I don’t know how ‘to describe.I just love it

Bought on friends recommendation
This works beautifully for a friend of mine, so I purchased a bottle because I have trouble choking down the liquid I had been taking. But unfortunately it doesn’t do the trick for me so I had to go back to my liquid magnesium.
