Definitely recommend
These were recommended by a friend & oh my are they worth it! These make a big difference in getting my daughter to sleep & staying asleep. Before she’d often wake up screaming her legs hurt & was always fighting her sleep. These help so much & so far she’s only complained once since starting them that her legs hurt. I just ordered a second bottle just to make sure we have them on hand.They taste delicious & work fast. We give to our daughter 30 minutes before bed.

Finally getting deep sleep
Couldn’t get any deep sleep. Through tracking, I realized I needed to stop eating so late (nothing after 8 pm or earlier if I can) and started taking these. I’m *almost* sleeping through the night now. Sleep has never been better.

Tasty, good BUT it is too much for the targeted age. Half the gummy once a day is better for a 6 year old to avoid sleepiness in the morning.

I waited about a year to write this review as I’ve noticed in the past after a few months supplements tend to not be as effective as they were in the beginning for my autistic daughter but these have continued to work very well to get her to sleep than just melatonin. I will say if you’re looking for something that keeps you asleep this probably won’t do it but I have noticed moods have decreased since she’s getting more deep sleep while taking these.

Arrived ashy and stiff / hard to chew
I’ve ordered these magnesium gummies twice before in single bottles and they were soft, shiny, and squishy as gummies should be. My kids loved them. This pack of 2 bottles arrived yesterday and I opened them. The gummies are ashy and stiff / hard to chew. I tried one myself (as I’ve had many from the other two bottles) and they were VERY different, inedible. I think these bottles were exposed to heat or otherwise improperly handled in shipping or storage and cannot recommend buying them. They also are not eligible for return on Amazon, but I will now not only not be buying from this seller, but also will avoid the brand entirely. Sorry to report this as we loved the first two bottles, but it’s very important that supplements handled carefully in storage and shipping.
