Excellent Supplement
These Magnesium gummy supplements are likely my new favorite that I have tried. I use magnesium frequently to help with stress and sleep. After years of tossing and turning, magnesium supplements have really helped me get a great night’s sleep waking up feeling rested and ready for the day.I have tried a few brands of magnesium supplements, but this product has really surprised me! I do not usually have much luck with gummy supplements; however, this product has worked better than many of the capsules I have tried. They taste great and actually help me go to sleep naturally. I do tend to have wild dreams when I take any magnesium product, so do be prepared for that!After using for several days, I can absolutely say that this is a great product. Using as directed, I find myself actually getting a full, restful sleep without feeling groggy or hungover the next day. I do find that I do not need to take these supplements continuously as it helps most in times of excess stress. I do recommend consulting a provider before taking any supplements as they can sometimes interact with certain medications.

I thought these gummies had a flavor part fruity and part floral. Others have remarked it is the nostalgic tast of all the kids medicine they ever got. They’re not as soft as some magnesium glycinate gummies, having a consistency like Dots candy, which I don’t mind. These are cGMP certified – that’s like GMP with an emphasis on the latest technology. Made in the USA, not DESIGNED in the USA like some products. This matters because spices, chocolate, and supplements are routinely contaminated ( the major consumer advocacy group says upwards of 1 in 5 ) with heavy metals, bacteria, and often don’t contain as much of the active ingredients as claimed. I’d prefer third party testing by a well known lab like the NSF, or US Pharmacopeia, but GMP is the bare minimum for me not to take stars off. Magnesium Glycinate is a form easier on your stomach, and with fewer trips to the bathroom. I like it for energy boost and immune support. I can only give you my anecdotal experience that it’s working well for me. Please note that the dose is TWO gummies. I don’t love that the magnesium is bundled with vitamins d3 and k2. It’s in tiny print I feel would be easy for a senior to miss. If you were say, on a blood thinner, it could be a disaster. I wish the print was HUGE, or it just contained Magnesium glycinate. Also, vitamin D – I already take the max level vitamin D3 supplements, more could be toxic, so I have to space out the use of these. – Minus 1/2 star for that, and one for the flavor.

magnesium is an electrolyte that boosts energy and bone health. i added magnesium supplements to my daily intake, as it is essential for over 300 functions, including muscle and nerve function. the ‘Magnesium Zinc Gummies w/Vitamin D3 & K2, Sugar Free High Absorption’, include 600mg of magnesium glycinate ro bone health. i find magnesium supplements really helpful in improving the quality of sleep and waking up at night is not as frequent. i really like the fact that i can take magnesium in a form of gummies, and reduce the number of pills & tablets to take. these gummies also include zinc, vitamn d3 and vitamin k2. another good thing is that these gummies are sugar free.little treat that are actually good for you. recommended.

A tasty way to get a good night’s sleep
ProtKFU Magnesium Zinc Gummies w/Vitamin D3 & K2 are super tasty! I love the gummy bear texture, and the raspberry flavor is sweet, fruity and chewy. Instead of turning to prescription meds or using melatonin, which leaves me groggy the next day, I have been using magnesium to help reduce stress and induce a good night’s sleep. I appreciate that these gummies also have vitamin D3 and K2 as well for extra nutritional support, yet they do not have any added sugar. I don’t have any of the grogginess the next day, and I appreciate the extra bone and muscle support they provide too.

Taste Fine, 30-Day Supply In Each Bottle
I take brand-name vitamin D/K in a similar form on a daily basis. I do eat plenty of kale and veggies to get vitamin K, but I think my diet is often lacking in it and vitamin D. The two vitamins go together well. Lately, I’ve been adding zinc through tea or hard candies to supplement in winter. These seem reasonable, containing extra zinc or magnesium (see my photos for daily amounts to see if they fit your needs). I plan on using them once or twice a week, alternating with my usual brand. The taste is good, there is a little bit of a peculiar aftertaste probably due to the minerals, so I drink my coffee afterwards. The jar has an inner safety seal, and they are made in the USA. I am pleased to discover these and the price is reasonable for my budget. The bottle contains 60 drops, but you take two per day. They cost the same as my name brand when it is on sale, but these have extra minerals, so you get more for your money.
