Shocked that it actually worked for me…
So I was definitely skeptical about this product because I feel like not many things actually help with sleep for me but I took it last night and within a half hour I couldn’t keep my eyes open! Not just that but I slept through the entire night! I got a good 6.5-7 hours of sleep in and DID NOT feel groggy in the morning! The quality of the gummies seemed good to me. It tasted good the textures a but rubbery though. Can’t speak about all the claims this product has but my main purpose of this was for sleep benefits and it definitely helped.

I bought this product because melatonin helps me sleep but I wake up groggy when I take it. I heard magnesium was a good option PLUS I could use it to help with muscle soreness from exercise. I take it about 15 minutes before bed and it calms my mind and body. I feel like melatonin calms by body but not my mind. I love that it also helps me feel less sore the day after the gym. My husband hates using melatonin. He claims it doesn’t work but he loves taking this magnesium. I honestly think he likes it more for the flavor haha! It is a yummy berry taste- like candy.

I lovee the vitamin gummies you get at costco but they’re sooo expensive. This one is a great price, yummy but not like crazy sweet like candy, and the ingredients make me feel good (I can understand the ingredients), oh and 0 grams of sugar!!
