Effective. Good quality. Tasty.
I ordered these gummies to find anything that will help me sleep better, and they are the one. I took them for almost a week before feeling any affects, but by the 8-day point, I was so sleepy when the night came, fell asleep right away, slept through the night without waking up once, and felt so refreshed in the morning. And what is interesting, no melatonin in it, but they make me sleep. Furthermore, working with my two teenagers provides magnesium for muscular healing and improves the way they get to sleep. My favorite way to take vitamins is to make them taste like candy! These little gummies are wonder workers, and I will be getting them again.

Great Raspberry Flavor – Confusing Ingredients
SUMMARYThe flavor and texture was a pleasant surprise, and if not for some confusing and sloppy packaging I may have been a repeat customer. Overall they are solid enough.PROSTaste:One of the better tasting gummies I’ve had (and I’ve tried a few). No strange smells or aftertaste. Has a distinct flavor (raspberry) that seems very sweet for no sugar.Texture:One of the softer, non-sticky, no powdery substance supplement gummies I’ve had. The gummies themselves are towards the bigger side. They can stick together slightly, but it is not overly sticky at all…less likely to form clumps of gummies compared to most I’ve tried.CONSPackaging:Label misspells the word CALM as CLAM. If you’re going to mass produce something, should have it proof read. Wouldn’t be so bad somewhere in ingredients, but that is the title of the product. The seal is the type you have to poke through as you can’t reliably peel it off. Lid is not child proof.Ingredients:Container states400mg Magnesium Glycinate (does not say how many gummies or serving size)Ingredients state600mg Magnesium Glycinate ADVANCED EXTRACT, Magnesium Glycinate + Magnesium L-Threonate. (serving size: 2) As well as Providing Elemental Magnesium 70.8.Math just doesn’t add up leaving me a bit confused on what I’m actually taking.A quick breakdown of what the general benefit of each is:-Magnesium Glycinate: Muscle relaxation and sleep quality-Magnesium L-Threonate: Cognitive and brain health-Elemental Magnesium: Easier on the stomach digestive systemEven though it does seem like a combo of beneficial magnesium forms I personally would have just preferred Magnesium Glycinate or clearer ingredients.

The label has big issues
I purchased these because I can’t keep magnesium in my body, I cannot take it in pill form without getting sick saw these and decided to try them big mistake. The label doesn’t even have everything listed what makes these sweet like gummy bears? nothing is said about if a sugar substitute was used and what country these came from or who made this stuff. The info on back is nothing but a home address in CA no company so guessing overseas shipping. People need to know what made these sweet many cannot take any sugar substitute and please fix the stupid label spelling this tells me from the start these are totally stenchy. Magnesium Glycinate Clam why is this mixed with sea food juice I hate clams and now after opening day 1 gummies had an oil feel to them like slick day 2 stuck together in a blob like if you leave gummy bears in a warm car because that’s been done more than once by me. I did taste 1and it wasn’t bad super sweet but with what nothing feels good about this item so lost 20.00 dollars. I would not give these to a child or even take them myself because of wrong spellings and not everything is listed so I’m not Happy as a Clam.

Sweet Dreams and Muscle in a Gummy!
I’ve been on the hunt for this magnesium supplement that’s easy to take, effective, and not overloaded with sugar. Not too sweet, with a slight tang that makes them enjoyable to chew. Plus, they are sugar free and don’t have that artificial aftertaste that get with some sugar substitutes. Game changer for my sleep and muscle recovery. I work out regularly, and these help reduce muscle cramps and soreness. Bonus: my energy level during the day feel steadier, probably thanks to these gummies! It has a fantastic value for money with 90 gummies in a bottle. It’s rare to find a supplement that combines quality, taste, and effectiveness at such a reasonable price. I will definitely be repurchasing, highly recommend!

Healthy and delicious!
These magnesium gummies are a hit with the whole family! My kids love the raspberry flavor, and I feel great knowing they’re getting a quality supplement. They’re sugar-free, which is a big plus, and they’re genuinely delicious—I have to remind myself not to snack on them! Definitely a keeper in our daily routine.

Seem to be working for me.
I have taken magnesium for years as my body needs it. I can tell when I’m low on it. I take one of these gummies per day. They have a pleasant raspberry flavor. They’re sweet, but I don’t see any sweetener listed in the ingredients. One thing I noticed before I ordered this was the word “Clam” instead of “Calm” on the label. I thought it might have been incorrect just for the image on the product page. But no. It actually says Clam. The label states 400 mg of magnesium glycinate, which I’m guessing it does. But it also has magnesium L-Threonate for a total of 600 mg of magnesium. So, be aware that it contains more magnesium than you might expect. It contains a host of other supplements, such as calcium, potassium, D3, B6 and CoQ10. This is fine unless you’re already taking these. Then you have to be careful.I have taken these for two weeks, and they seem to work for me.
