Healthy option
I need to take high dose magnesium supplements for bad muscle cramping, and have struggled for years with excessively large pills. No matter which brand I tried, I struggled with either nearly choking or a couple times, actually have pills getting stuck in my esophagus. I finally found this, which does not have artificial sweeteners, is not excessively sweet and will keep me from fearing taking the supplement I am supposed to.
