Easy and Effective Gummies
My cardiologist recommended that I take 500 mg. of Magnesium Glycinate. After trying several pills that I needed to swallow, I wanted something easier and more convenient. I decided to give gummies a try. The recommended dosage for these is two gummies per day, but because I only need to take 500 mg., I’m getting twice the amount for the cost! What I mostly like is that they’re sugar-free, which does not affect the pleasant taste. I much prefer these gummies and even had some sent to my cousin in another state!

Helps with muscle cramps
These help prevent the occassional spontaneous muscle cramp. Did not notice a change in sleeping though, and it is possible that the addition of quite a bit of Vitamin B is a bit counterproductive to the sleep helping properties of magnesium. There is too much B6 in these.

Tastes good!
I needed to take more magnesium because I’m working out more at the gym and experiencing some muscle aches and pains. I started taking magnesium internally and topically. These are very tasty and I am experiencing less cramps.

Strawberry sleep aid!
I love these little gummies. I take a couple hours before bed to help me wind down and relax. After continuous use I can definitely feel the difference. No chalky after taste either!

Tasty product
i take magnesium on a daily basis. I was pleased to see these were individually wrapped as they are easy to travel with. Some were a bit difficult to unwrap but others in the container were easy. They taste great and chew like a starburst. I found it stuck to my teeth at times.

Good formula, but no idea who actually manufactures these, or what country they’re from.
Positives:Good form of magnesium. Magnesium glycinate and magnesium L-threonate are both excellent forms of magnesium. They’re well absorbed, have little to no laxative effect, and have other benefits as well. So 5 stars for the form of magnesium. Many other ingredients besides magnesium. I’m listing this as a positive, but it could be a negative for you. Check the ingredients carefully and be sure you actually want all those other things. This is NOT just a magnesium supplement. There are more than half a dozen other supplements bundled with the magnesium. No sugar. Either a positive or negative for you, depending on how you feel about artificial sweeteners. This product is sweetened with something called “fructooligosaccharides.” I had to look that up. Just another form of artificial sweetener. If you prefer that to actual sugar and/or corn syrup, then this is a positive for you.Well packaged. Each of the “soft” chews are meticulously well wrapped. You could drop one in your pocket or purse and take it hours later. No risk of it melting/dissolving and making a mess.Taste. It’s just OK, but I didn’t mind it. I’m not going to rave about either. They advertise this as blueberry flavor. OK, I can accept that. It’s not objectionable.Negatives:Cost. At the currently listed price, these little chews are half a buck each! That seems awfully pricey to me. You decide.Artificial sweeteners. This might be a positive for you or a negative. I am personally wary of artificial sweeteners for multiple reasons, not the least of which is that they can sometimes act as laxatives! Hopefully just one chew daily won’t have that effect. If I don’t come back and revise this review, you’ll know I didn’t spend the next 24 hours in the bathroom. LOLMany other ingredients besides magnesium. I’m listing this as both a positive and a negative. If you only want a magnesium supplement, you might not want all the other things included in this product. Check the ingredients carefully and be sure you actually want all those other things. This is NOT just a magnesium supplement. There are more than half a dozen other supplements bundled with the magnesium.Who really makes these, and where? One of my pet peeves is supplement companies who make products we’re going to put into our bodies, and not clearly identifying where they’re made, and by whom. At least “Natures Aid” provides an email address on the bottle. But it’s a hotmail address. That doesn’t give me a warm, fuzzy feeling about the company. There’s no phone number. No website. No physical address. No indication where it’s manufactured. And the company name is likely a marketing company; we don’t know what company actually made these, nor what country they’re in. That might not bother you; it bothers me enough to knock a couple stars off the rating.Full Disclosure: I received this product at no charge through Amazon’s Vine program in return for writing an honest, accurate product review. Amazon’s only requirement is that I review the products I order, not that I praise them. I believe I have an obligation to tell you what I think – good and/or bad so you can make informed purchases.

These taste great
These taste really good. They’re easy to take and shoe and are very pleasant. I believe they work as I am sleeping better and I’ve had less leg cramps.
