Taste good and they work
I’ve been taking the cherry flavor for several months now. They definitely help keep me regular and don’t get stuck in my teeth like some other gummy supplements. As others have mentioned, the gummies do tend to stick together in a clump, but the small effort of pulling them apart is no big deal compared to the greater advantage of having a sugar-free, keto-friendly, easy-to-chew-and-swallow supplement that works. I’m so glad to have found this product, taking gummies is much easier than struggling with pills.

I like that I can take my magnesium supplement in a natural gummy form! I would highly recommend this product, however, please know that the individual gummies stick together and get a little hard–once the container is opened. (Probably because the product is natural and not loaded with chemicals). 🙂

Good idea, but these are not for me
The company was gracious enough to refund my money, and I appreciate that.It was good not to swallow huge pills. I took this for 4 days and my stomach blotted and I had very bad gas. These are not for me. Maybe its my age. I am in my late 60’s.

Sorry for this horrible review!I MUST take magnesium, every.single.day, for the ongoing cramps that I get in my quads (thighs).Trust me: the cramps that I get in my calves, shins, fingers, toes, stomach muscles, knees, and the tops of my feet are NOTHING compared to the horrible pain that I must endure, for up to 20 minutes sometimes, when I have the pleasure of getting a cramp in my left or right quad!These magnesium pills stick together in a large gummy clump at the bottom of this jar while inside the closed bottle. (strike number 1) and even though I take 2 at night and 2 in the morning, I still get quad cramps.Yes… I drink lots of water. and yes… I keep pickle juice and quinine pills near me and I keep a little jar of mustard on my headboard. and yes, I drink tonic water. (if anyone knows of any other remedies, aside from drinking ACV or putting that useless foam on the OUTSIDE of my body (topical remedy) please PLEASE suggest it to me! =)These pills aren’t strong enough for me.I have learned, from many years of excruciating bouts of pain, that I cannot live without my dark brown bottle w/yellow and green labels from a popular big box store.I’d LOVE to be able to return these vitamins and get my $$$ back — but since I’ve received several bottles through the “subscribe and save” method, I’m past my return window. (I AM handing them off to a friend who doesn’t have to deal with body cramps due to being a gastric bypass/plastic surgery patient.

Quality control isn’t doing their job.
This is the 2nd container of gummies where the foil seal isn’t secure and the gummies are dried out and inedible. They are hard as rocks.This is a shame because these are the best magnesium gummies I have tried, but these last 2 containers really are poorly done. Amazon has refunded me and that’s great, but the seller really needs to improve the quality control on the foil seals.

Very Good Taste!
I just opened this supplement as I finished the previous magnesium supplement that I was taking. I really like the fact that this product is made in the U.S.A. The taste and texture are both very good! Since this is my first dose, I can’t currently comment on the effectiveness of the supplement. But if it has the quantity of magnesium that it claims is in each gummy, I could not imagine the supplement to be ineffective. I will try to follow up with my review after I have taken the supplement for an extended period of time. I also like the fact that the company supports holistic methods for improving bodily functions and aiding to defend against Illnesses while we live in a world that is increasingly pushing doctor prescribed and endorsed medications to solve all of our woes. I definitely believe are bodies were designed with immune systems that help to protect us from invading pathogens. That coupled with needed vitamins, minerals, and nutrients helps to keep our bodies working optimally.

They are all glued together. I’m tearing them apart each day like you would do with bread 🤣. Surely they could have done something about this. So won’t be buying again. Tastes okay. Can’t comment on how well as it is day 8.
