My thyroid seems to like it !
I have Hypothyroidism and I am supposed to take medication, but I don’t like my medication. it gives me such a rush I feel my heartbeat too fast for no reason especially if I drink coffee. So I am always looking to find a product that will help me and I think I find it. ONE PILL I was like wow, I didn’t take any other supplements with it that day or anything else for that matter. I also have a hard time falling asleep. I am a walking zombie most of the time, no joke. But the day with the first pill I put my head on the pillow and that was it. I didn’t drink the pill the second day, of course, my thyroid was complaining about it, and you can feel the urge to cough, Next day I take it again and had no urge to cough. Whenever I try a new vitamin or supplement I don’t drink anything else, not even caffeine. So of course I guess I need more time to confirm my suspicion, that it is indeed a good product or else right, so I will update my review in two weeks without missing/skipping pills. I’ve been taking thyroid support supplements for as long as I can remember, as they help me maintain normal TSH levels. Although I hadn’t tried this brand before, its provided information indicated that it offers a comprehensive blend of essential nutrients to support healthy thyroid function. I was also intrigued by the inclusion of Ashwagandha, which is known for its adaptogenic properties and its potential to reduce stress and promote healthy metabolism, although I can’t personally verify these effects.While I haven’t noticed a significant increase in energy levels or metabolism since switching to this supplement, it could be because my previous supplements were already effective. Nevertheless, I can confirm that this supplement has not caused any negative effects for me ( I would have experienced drawbacks if this one didn’t work). If you’re seeking a natural thyroid support supplement, I recommend giving this one a try, especially considering its comprehensive nutrient blend. However, like with all supplements, results may vary depending on the individual. In my case, it has done a decent job, and if it’s on sale when I need it, I may purchase it again.

Perfect timing
I’ve used several LIVINGOOD products — they are all excellent quality, so I trust their thyroid supplement will be equally superior. It comes to me at a propitious time. Have been feeling sluggish lately, blood tests revealed a slight case of hypothyroidism. My doctor, who does lean toward holistic treatments when possible, suggested I find a supplement with iodine, and just days later I was able to order Dr. Livingood’s thyroid capsules.So far by taking one a day I have felt a little more energetic within hours, so I will continue this regimen, and if there’s anything more to add, will do so. As it stands I highly recommend anything by this fine company.

A great formula for thyroid support
My physician has ordered a few thyroid tests after I have been feeling a bit overtired and had some weird levels on my blood work. I was excited to find a natural formulation to balance cortisol levels and am looking forward to my blood work in a few weeks.The capsules have no flavor and I few absolutely no side effects from them which is great since I have weird reactions to lots of supplements. I am super happy to report I’m about a week into taking this supplement and have no side effects.I take several other Livingood supplements like the GI support and that one has also had some extraordinary positive effects in a short amount of time so my expectations for this product and my experience with 3 other of their high quality supplements are pretty high.
