I am pleased with this milk thistle supplement
Milk thistle is an excellent herb for liver health, and is one of my supplement mainstays. I had never tried one with NAC before, but that is another highly beneficial detox supplement.As you can see in my photos, this is clearly composed of multiple ingredients. It has the correct taste. With my body’s ability to detect and distinguish, I believe this is exactly as described.Supplements can be difficult to evaluate. With milk thistle, what I look for is minimizing the discomfort felt after drinking alcohol. These deliver what I expect, and then some. It must be the NAC cooperating with the silybin.Came double sealed. No broken capsules. Good product. All good ingredients, nothing unwanted.

This is the second INNERTHERA product I have tried and I am liking this USA company. They say they do not fight the aging process but support it using ‘ biocompatible nutritional supplements’. This Liver detox blend has nice amounts of Milk Thistle, ALA,NAC, and choline. It is gentle on my stomach. This has an effective form of Milk Thistle. Siliphos which porpotedly has the ability to protect the liver from toxins. Hope my liver is grateful.

Superb formulation for liver support!
This has choline, milk thistle, alpha lipoic acid and NAC! All fantastic wellness supporting supplements. I was already taking ALA and NAC, but I’ve never seen them combined and with the other two, you can totally forgo taking them separately and have one easy to take supplement instead. And NAC usually smells bad, these have no bad smell and are free of junk ingredients. These are non-GMO, gluten and allergen free, Vegan capsules. We are exposed to environmental pollutants all the time and as we age, taking supportive supplements is a great help. If you don’t know about these supplements, you should look them up, they offer so many benefits!
