I love that it’s liquid
So the taste is not my favorite but it’s fairly inoffensive. I think that liquid anything helps with absorption but my favorite part about this liquid vitamin is that I can add it to drinks, the orangish color makes them pretty. This has helped me increase my water intake and helps me feels better. I have taken it like a little shot too, and and it goes down easily since it’s not too thick. The price is comparable to other prenatal vitamins I have taken so that’s nice as well. The main drawback is that the reddish orange DHA oil they use stains the straws that I use pretty badly.

Great benefits but horrible taste/smell
The taste of this product made me gag and the smell is horrible. I tried mixing it with orange juice like others said but I couldn’t stomach it.

I’ve tried pink stork liquid Prenatal and it’s good but this one is much better in my opinion. It taste just like orange tang like other reviews have said. It doesn’t cause any stomach issues. It also has a higher dose of certain vitamins and includes DHA which is amazing! Highly recommend trying this!

Not the worst
Ingredient list is the best I found for a liquid prenatal. The taste isn’t horrible, but definitely more of a vitamin taste than the Mary Ruth’s liquid vitamins I was taking before (which are downright tasty compared to these. I probably won’t buy again & go back to a pill prenatal, but I would recommend for those that can’t take pills. Mixing it in juice helped slightly, but still had a bitter aftertaste.

Taste is not for those with nausea
Wanted to love this because the ingredients are great, especially methylated folate for those with MTHFR mutation and no iron for those struggling with constipation in pregnancy. And liquid vitamins have better absorption. Also, love that it’s in a glass bottle. However, I could not stomach the taste with my nausea. I tried with juice, etc without success. So, just keep in mind when ordering.

Pleasantly surprised!
This prenatal was definitely what I needed! I’ve tried pills, capsules and gummies all to no avail. Read the reviews on this liquid and decided to give it a try. The taste is very tolerable. It reminds me of orange Tang from my childhood. I’m actually able to take the recommended 2 Tbs without juice and it really boosts my energy. Baby and I are happy. No gagging or throwing up afterwards. Very smooth going down. BUY IT!
