Great Supplement
This is a great product in many respects. You can tell it’s high quality because of the clarity and essentially no taste. I’ve used other high-quality vitamin-d/k2 drops before and actually I like the dropper on this one better! Other droppers are leaky, sometimes have no graduations, and are hard to measure. Not this one! The dropper on this holds the liquid remarkably well and is very easy to adjust the dose using the graduations.I always use drops like this sub-lingually, i.e., under the tongue initially (from a previous doctor’s advice) and I’ve always gotten great results. I had been diagnosed with low vitamin-d levels before I started using drops. The drops seem to absorb way better than the prescription capsules which didn’t change my levels much. So I have a long history with vitamin-d in general. Now my levels, as measured by blood work, are not just good but excellent!If you have low vit-d or are interested in additional supplementation to boost your immune system (etc), this product is perfect for that application. Don’t bother with useless capsules, this is the way to go!

Easy to take with hardly any flavor
For those who prefer not to take Vitamin D in pill form, or who can’t take pills, this liquid supplement is a great alternative.This liquid Vitamin D3 supplement is very easy to take. The dropper comes with markings so you know how much to fill it to get a full dose (1mL). The flavor of the liquid is neutral – there is hardly any noticeable flavor at all, and the texture resembles plain water. 1mL is a small amount of fluid and is easy to swallow, too.The supplement includes D3 and K. Vitamin K aids the body in using calcium properly to build bone instead of depositing it elsewhere in soft tissues or vessels. When taking higher levels of D3, as is with this supplement (5000 IU) it’s important to also take K to ensure proper calcium absorption, so I’m glad this liquid includes it.Overall I’m happy with this supplement and plan to continue taking it.

It Works
My vitamin D was very low. I went from 33 in Aug to 48 in Oct. (it was 20 the year before) I finally got serious about actually taking it daily though I probably missed about 4 days a month. I’m happy with this product.

Easy to take fast
I am so pleased that my order arrived right away the day after I placed my order. The Vitamin D -K2 helps support for my osteopenia . I noticed that it helps boost my energy. This product is perfect for me because I don’t get enough sun due that my work. Somewhat bad tasting I have added this with my coffee in the morning so that I cannot taste the oil.

Great bottle and dropper design, easy to take and there is hardly any taste. I struggle with capsules and tablets so this dropper version is fabulous, I wish all vitamins could be taken this way. Some days I have a full dropper full, others maybe half. Had a recent blood test and Vitamin D came back in the normal range.Just re-ordered.

I am not sure why this vitamin D3+K2 tastes like rancid oil. I didn’t like it much. It comes in a glass bottle, but the dropper is in plastic which is not ideal.
