B complex? Yes please! Franguly vitamin B complex is what I use for a pick-me-up in energy. I love that it has Folate in the form of calcium folinate rather than folic acid (which can be hard for some of us MTHFR people to utilize) and B12 as methylcobalamin is great too. The serving size is 15 drops. The dropper holds 8-9 drops. Some days I just go with the one dropper full and that seems to be enough. I hold it in my mouth for a good while (a minute or so). The taste is a pleasant orange flavor and the consistency is thick. It definitely affects my energy in a positive way. The quality seems good for the price. I will continue to use this product for health and energy!

Good stuff
I like this stuff. It’s pretty decent. Tastes and smells like orange juice with the same bright color as oj! And I think my body is actually able to use it unlike other b12 I have tried in the past, it seems to make me feel good with more energy. I will keep using it and see how it makes me feel. Super easy to swallow as it’s a liquid.

Much easier than pills
I ended up not taking the pills because I hated the taste. The taste of these is really not bad and it makes it so much easier to take. Also theyre liposomal so they absorb better than regular B complex. Also seems to be very good ingredients esp if you have MTHFR gene.

Easy to use
This particular vitamin B liquid has been my go-to in the past year. Sometimes I mix it with juice or water and sometimes just use as such. The taste is like undiluted orange juice, a tad strong but not unpleasant. I assume it’s working because at least I haven’t been diagnosed with vitamin B deficiencies.

I’ve been taking Vitamin B Complex for more years than I care to admit. First I started with pill form, which I could never keep down as I don’t have regular eating habits AND a sensitive stomach. Then I moved to another product which was fine, but it was expensive. One day I decided not to follow the pack of sheep and simply read the ingredients and compare them.I found that this product has the exact same ingredients, yet it’s far cheaper. Not working as it should
Basically useless I took exactly the right amount and of course, when you have enough B, it shows in your urine. This doesn’t. The only redeeming factor is if your face breaks out or you’re looking old putting liquid beer on it at night it’s tacky it lets it sit in and it really does help your skin.

Really felt a difference in one week!
I have the genetic mutation MFTHR. My body does not absorb B vitamins. This product has made a huge difference in how I feel and my energy level. I have tried so many vitamin B complex vitamins and this product worked. It taste pretty good as well. Of course, I take supporting vitamins with it and eat a healthy diet and exercise. If you’re looking for good B vitamin complex, give this one a try. Also, Liposomal liquid is always better for absorption.
