THESE ARE FANTASTIC!!
To be honest, I am now on my second bottle of this product and I can honestly tell you these are FANTASTIC! I take them about an hour before bedtime and I usually start to feel relaxed and sleepy within 30 minutes. I notice I wake up refreshed and can tell I hardly moved all night, with no interruption of sleep. These have been a wonderful addition to my pm routine. I can also tell you that these have helped to keep me regular with bowel movements. So, if you are on the fence about giving these a try, I highly recommend that you do!!

BEWARE! The formula has changed!!!
This product use to include magnesium threonate. It does not list it anymore. If you look at the photos it’s been removed. I was about to re order and I just noticed the difference. I’ve been using this product for over a year. It also doesn’t say it’s manufactured in the USA! So this is most likely coming from China. Please be careful. I feel horrible for recommending it to many people.
