This product contains a number of all natural supplements. The bottle indicates that each two capsule serving contains 300 mg of ashwagandha, 250 mg of shilajit, 100 mg of royal jelly, 100 mg of Eurycoma lonifolia, 75 mg of trans-geranylgeraniol, 25 mg of panax notoginseng, and 5 mg of black pepper extract. According to the bottle you should take two servings per day, which means one bottle should last for 30 days. A 30 days supply in one bottle is about standard. The capsules are pretty standard in size. I haven’t seen any real effect from them yet but it’s great to know that I’m supplementing my diet with additional all natural ingredients.

My product came on time but broken what am I supposed to do $88 dollars really????

I like the ingredients but feel no effect.
I like the ingredients but feel no effect. I was hoping for something after a week of taking it but maybe it’s just me. I’ll continue and update if I feel any changes. It’s a bit pricey and it says to take it for month for results.

Best men’s health supplement hands down
Energy, strength, stamina, libido, and all things testosterone skyrocketed for me after taking this supplement. I’m 23 and have all the men in my family taking it (23+) and we all benefit so much from it. I’d highly recommend this product to any man at any age!!
