If u have trouble falling asleep & sleeping through the night u have to try this! One spray on the bottom of each foot but don’t do things just roll over immediately after spraying & rub for 5 seconds each foot if u can’t reach spray on top of ur foot & rub in w your other foot and u will be sleeping within 3-5 min! Works well when sprayed on feet to assist with sleeping, it did make my feet feel like they were sweating by morning, I didn’t care for that.

First, let me say that I can’t take any sort of oral magnesium supplement. They all give me the runs. Through the wonders of the internets I discovered pure magnesium “oil,” which is another magnesium salt dissolved in water. The theory is that absorbing the mineral through your skin is gentler and easier on your system than the compounds you get in vitamin tablets. And since we all need magnesium and I’m reading all these great internet articles telling me how I’m not getting enough—well, why not give it a try?I started out very slowly, with just one or two sprays on my skin and gradually built up. For about two weeks all seemed to be going well, and I was up to about six or seven sprays. Then one night I hardly slept because of the generalized itching. No hives, just itching. I’d been doing it at night, since the stuff is supposed to be be relaxing (!) I stopped for a week or two to let the reaction subside and decided to try a different approach. I sprayed a little on in the morning before my shower, then washed the salt residue off after the magnesium had absorbed. Not clever enough. My body had already been sensitized and that night I had the itches back in full force.Now I noticed that some of the other one-star reviewers who complained of itches or hives or rashes received comments urging them to continue using it until their bodies get used to it. Let me explain about allergies. Itches and rashes are an allergic response. If you continue to pile on the substance that causes the allergy you’re apt to make it worse, and sometimes the consequences can be dire. Foods or supplements that are healthful for most people can be very bad for some people, and we all need the sense to recognize those circumstances. Magnesium in its chemical compounds just doesn’t like some of us, and we’ll have to acquiring it in food.

Didn’t Provide the Relief I Expected
I was hoping the Life-Flo Pure Magnesium Oil would help relieve muscle tension in my legs after running, but it didn’t provide the relief I was expecting. While it might work for others, it didn’t have the desired effect for me.

Worked way better than I expected – I’m a believer!
While doing research on essential oils I ran across this magnesium oil. After doing some research on this product I figured it was worth a few dollars to try a product that seems to work on a multitude of ailments. In general I am healthy (not fit, but no real issues) and other than minor aches and pains, I feel great. When I purchased the magnesium oil I didn’t really know what I was trying to “fix”. I just wanted to see if I felt different. After spraying this on my feet 3-5 days per week for 2 months I noticed that the pain I had in my Achilles had diminished considerably. I have been dealing with Achilles tendonosis for almost 2 years. It isn’t a gripping pain, but rather a bothersome pain when I first get on my feet after sitting for awhile. It caused me to limp a few steps (or for 5 minutes every morning), but then it pretty much was ok. The light nagging pain was tolerable, and I didn’t even think about trying to “fix” it with the magnesium – but that’s exactly what happened! My Achilles was often “tender” and had a lump on it. And after a full day of sightseeing and being on my feet I expected to have a tight tendon that would cause me to limp for awhile, but after two months of using the magnesium, the tendon was no longer sore. I’m telling you – after 2 years of dealing with this dull nagging pain, it is essentially gone. Gone! The lump on my tendon is much smaller and I know I am on the road to full healing. Honestly I was amazed, especially since I didn’t know I was trying to fix it. I have told everyone that will listen about the magnesium oil. I have my sister using it for her constipation (verdict is still out on this since she doesn’t use it consistently) and my dad for his many aches and pains (too early to tell) and my husband on his terrible, terrible knees (at age 23 he had his first invasive knee surgery and by age 35 he had invasive surgery on both knees. I think he is up to around 4 surgeries on his knees). He is in pain almost always. Can only stand for about 1/2 hour at a time…anyway, at first he was skeptical, but when he say that I truly wasn’t limping in the morning, he decided to try it. He’s only been rubbing it on his knees for the last two weeks consistently, but he says he believes it is working. Hallelujah! For a 40 year old to be in constant knee pain was pitiful and I was happy to find something that is beginning to relieve his pain. I am hopeful that it will continue to diminish his pain. I wish more people would take interest when I tell them about the oil, but I think most of them think “uh, yeah, that sounds kooky….I’ll just stick to taking pain meds 4 times/day for the rest of my life”….Ugh! Listen people!

Ho comprato quest’olio per rilassare i muscoli mettendolo nell’acqua del bagno, senza troppe aspettative. Di solito, a meno di sorprese, non lascio recensioni. In questo caso non posso esimermi. Ieri notte dopo una giornata stressante e faticosa mi sono svegliata con crampi fortissimi ad entrambe le gambe, mi sono ricordata di quest’olio e l’ho spruzzato alle gambe massaggiando fino ad assorbimento. Una cosa pazzesca e’ successa, dopo una 30ina di secondi non avevo piu’ dolore, normalmente quando mi capitano crampi cosi’ dolorosi devo aspettare a lungo e mettermi in piedi perche’ passi il dolore. Quest’olio e’ davvero incredibile.
