Poor material and no elasticity
Lost all elasticity in the first stretch. Would give it 0 stars. Not even the same material as my other bands I use and or the one it was supposed to replace. Don’t get it.

Great for rehab exercises
We needed one band for my mother’s rehab exercises. This is working perfectly for what we need it for. It was nice being able to buy a single band vs. a whole pack.

Doesn’t have the same elasticity of other bands i have. I expected lite resistance but I have other lite bands and they have good elasticity throughout. This feels like it is coming apart.

Band itself has a slippery finish that is hard to grip under resistance. Resistance curve of the band is also terrible. Quickly transitions from very little resistance to very high resistance, other bands I’ve used have proper gradual increase in resistance. Avoid this band in favour of pretty much any other option.
