Great for travel
If youre using weights to exercise, but going to travel this is a great alternatives. Its has 4 different band thickness/weights on it. Its sturdy. And effective just like a dumbell. Easy to use

Seem decent for exercise bands at their price point
Other than having an odor which I suspect will dissipate,, they seem fine. Not the best instructions for use but these seem pretty solidly made and have a nice range between the tension of the lightest weight to the heaviest. Have no idea how long they’ll last.

Nice bands, very durable
Nice bands for resistance exercises. I typically secure one to a post and can get every upper extremity and trunk exercise done. They are also great for leg exercises as well. Sure beats hauling around weights. The red band gives me a good moderate resistance and the black is a good bit more of a challenge. I’ve purchased several of these sets. The little carrying bag keeps them organized.

Absolutely Worth The Money
I bought these after the wider, thinner bands that I had wore out. I initially laughed at the smaller bands, but then I realized the smallest is literally perfect for my neck exercises. I’ve now had these for approximately 40 minutes and have already got a great workout in for my upper body. I have to work everything around my spine otherwise I’ll be in line for a fusion very soon and these are going to be perfect. I’m 6’3″ and while I don’t look like the model, I’m not weak. I feel very confident these won’t snap with harder use too. I can’t believe these were less than $25.

Consider Replacing After A Few Years
Purchased in 2021, now in 2025 in the last week 2 of them snapped. In general they were used infrequently, and the price is good, but buyers maybe should consider replacing maybe after 3 years to avoid potentially getting a slap. One of the bands that snapped was in my garage over winter so I thought that may have been the issue, but the other was in a controlled environment, so time is likely the enemy like most things.

Rein von der Funktion hätten sie 5 von 5 Sterne verdient.Von den Bändern geht aber ein sehr starker chemischer Geruch aus, dass ich sie nur draußen im Schuppen liegen lassen kann.Auch nach einer Woche „auslüften“ stinken sie noch immer.In der Wohnung würde ich die nicht liegen haben wollen.

I’ve been using these resistance bands for a week now travelling and they’re holding up well. Definitely on the stiffer side with the first few workouts, but have since been worked in – hopefully they hold up.In hindsight, I should’ve opted for the set starting with the 5-10lb band as I likely won’t be working my way up to the heaviest resistance in my lifetime, but that’s on me. Unless you’re a powerhouse, or using them for assisted pull ups, I’d opt for the set with the lighter resistance.The carrying case is nylon so nothing special but does the trick.
