This by a far one of the best brands to get into as far as using ketone supplements to help with your ketogenic lifestyle. For those of you wondering why you’re not losing weight right off the bat is it is NOT A DIET. Keto is not meant to be done temporarily. In order to get the results of losing weight you have to commit to eating the right things and cutting out the sugars, flours, starches, and other heavy carbs. I have been on the Keto diet and workingOut everyday.This product did not give me extra energy and I did not lose a single pound drinking this product.It doesn’t curb your appetite.This product was not worth the 150You can find same product for way cheaper. But if you want results modify your calorie intake and your dietAnd exercise everyday with both cardio and weights for higher metabolism and body decompositionIt will be a slow process but you will see results in as little as 2 months.Remember you did not put weight on fast and it will not come off fast. Slow is better to keep it off long term.

Great product! Non returnable if damaged packets and wasted product inside box
Great product, been using for years. However, received my monthly subscriptions to find damaged packets and powder all in the box. No damage to the Amazon bag just the Pruvit box and packets. Tried to request an exchange just to find out this is a non returnable item, smh!!

Eh.. it’s hit and miss with me..
I was given one of these packets by a coworker who said it’d give me energy, mind clarity and instantly put me into ketosis so I could eat whatever I wanted. I took the packet, still sticking to my diet and was up for practically 24 hours.So, I recently bought this, even after the negative reviews, including buying keto strips to see how effective this is.I’ll start by saying, this does not infact put you immediately into ketosis. I am on the carnivore diet, had a cheat day, used the packet and it did nothing about putting me into ketosis. Now, it does spike my energy. I have a boost for a couple hours and I use that time to hit the gym hard and then if I don’t take a melatonin to help me sleep, there’s usually no sleep for me.The taste of the packet is good to me. No awful smell or anything. So I’m happy for that.Yes, I will be buying this again. I have a difficult time going to the gym and working out hard there, and taking the packet gives me energy and motivation to work off that energy. I have been sticking to my carnivore diet as well as taking the packets and lost 12lbs this last week and a half. I have lost a total of 80lbs within the last year and a half, but it was extremely difficult to do that, so I have hopes these packets will give me that extra push to keep going.
