I’ve only been on these for a couple of weeks. But when I forget to take my two, I can see a huge difference in my appetite. I love the way they slowly dissolve in your mouth. You’re not supposed to chew them up. I can see myself having these around for a long time to maintain. Sometimes I think it’s harder to lose 10 lb than it is 50. Lol

I enjoyed taking these gummies but they do taste like vinegar. I’m not sure if I lost weight using them because I am not a very large person with much weight to lose, but it was fun eating them while trying.

Although the benefits of apple cider vinegar are great, I am just not able to drink it so I had been looking for a gummy that could provide some benefits of ACV. These I can chew with no problem; the taste is pretty good, and I am remembering to take them at least a few times a week. I cannot confirm any weight loss, but I can say they helped ease off some cravings. Hoping they are benefiting me in ways I am just not aware of or let’s say I hope they are doing something good inside me.

Not crazy about the taste
Apple cider vinegar is supposed to be good for your health, but I just can’t stomach taking it all by itself. I found these gummies that give you the benefits of ACV without the bad taste, but I have to admit that I just don’t like the taste of these. The apple taste starts out fine, but the end acidic. Is it the ginger or the citric acid? I’m not sure, but I have taken to cutting these in half and then just swallowing each half with a big gulp of water. I really like that these are made in the USA, non-GMO, and vegetarian, but I am afraid that once I am done with this bottle I will be looking for more ACV gummies from another manufacturer.
