Perfect toner for thighs/kegels!
This product was recommended to me by my gynecologist. I recently had a baby and do not have the time to get to the gym with a new baby. She said this device was perfect for toning the inner thighs AND helps with kegels postpartum (once cleared)!I have seen tremendous results already from this device. Convenient thigh exerciser, works for men too
This seems like a high quality thigh trainer. There’s a very small amount of assembly required–remove the two bolts from the black plastic holder and use them to attach the thigh pads to the tension bracket. Then you’re ready to make Suzanne Somers jealous. It’s got a good level of tension, so make sure you get the pads placed properly on your inner thighs so they don’t spring out. There are a few exercise ideas on the instruction sheet.
