These yoga blocks works very well for stretching the muscles after workout. Good quality form blocks and no wired odour. Easily use when you follow the right instructions. I bought black one, very easy to clean. BTW, their pads are really great as well, I got one yoga pad from my friend as a gift. Their product makes work-out really easy.
