These ingredients and the combination of relaxing herbals, including with the melatonin – will certainly help you relax & get the sleep that everyone needs, for a healthy mind and clarity when you wake up. Although the serving size is 2 pills – taking a single pill is the right amount to get me through the night, without feeling groggy in the morning. Taking the normal serving size, will certainly be a much better(safer) alternative to the normal sleep aids…which are not as good as this ‘Sleep Formula’.
