After reading about the potential health benefits of tart cherry juice, I wanted to try adding it to my ginseng supplement hoping to reap some benefit od reduced inflammation and muscle support without adding the additional sugar in cherry juice, This seemed a good supplement combining both. I have not been taking it long enough to note a significant benefit, but like not having to take an additional supplement capsule for just the tart cherry extract and also like the fact that there is no aftertaste with this product that combines both ginseng and tart cherry in a single capsule. Glad I ordered it.

I got these Joint Health tablets as I tend to suffer from stiff knees and ankles.There are 60 capsules in the pack and with a recommended dose of 2 per day, this equates to around a one month supply. I was particularly attracted to this supplement as it mainly contains Boswellia and American Ginseng which is different from other supplements I’ve tried.They are easy to swallow with a little water and I’ve not noticed any aftertaste. The tips in the product description suggest taking with meals and 30-60 minutes prior to a workout, but I don’t eat a meal so close to a workout. I normally have eat at least 2 hours before going to the gym so take my daily dose with that meal.I’ve been dieting and attending the gym more regularly and my joints have been feeling progressively better. I’m not entirely sure if the supplement is helping with that but I will finish the bottle and decide then if I will continue to take them. I just feel they are a little on the expensive side but if they are helping then they are probably worth it.

After suffering with some knee pain recently I decided to try this Ginseng and Boswellia supplement from Jung Kwan Jang. The capsules are easy to take and flavourless, and at the recommended daily dose of two capsules this bottle is a one month supply. I’m happy to say that over the past few weeks my knee pain has eased to the extent that I’ve been able to start (low impact) exercising again – how much of this improvement is due to the supplement rather than just rest and recovery is difficult to judge. Priced at just over £21 when reviewed, this is not an inexpensive supplement.

This product is different from the usual joint and mobility supplements, both in the ingredients and, apparently, the benefits. Instead of glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM etc. it has just two active constituents, Boswellia and Ginseng, both of which are sometimes found in other supplements. Here, they seem to be used for short-term help with activity and exercise. Their effectiveness is backed up by a couple of graphs, shown in the listing, but hard to read or understand. I am not qualified to assess any of this, and any apparent benefits from a short trial would be anecdotal and not scientific.But I can say that the capsules are vegetarian (but see warnings on back of pot), easy to swallow (two per day together, preferably with a meal) and tasteless. The pot of sixty is one month’s supply, and currently costs £37.50. Four stars, based on quality and presentation.

They contain Boswellia and American ginseng aimed it joint support.They are well packaged and easy to take. In addition to this they are GMO free, have no artificial colour and also gluten-free which is reassuring. They really are a natural supplement.

I have been taking these tablets for two weeks and they do appear to have alleviated a knee issue I have. They are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste . I will take them until the bottle is finished and then decide if the benefit of reduced pain is still noticeable .Within that time we are due some colder weather which is when the issue is more noticeable.
