Caused heart palpitations
I was excited about this product. I have taken other magnesiums for a long time. I like that this combines 3 varieties. However, as soon as I started taking it, I started having heart palpitations. It took me two weeks and a couple of Dr visits with several tests to narrow down that this supplement was causing my issues. I am extremely healthy, and have never had an issue of this kind. I’m glad this works for many people , but just wanted to let folks know that this is a potential side effect.

Not sure how no one has mentioned these pills are huge. I can barely swallow 1 much less 2. I probably won’t buy again because of this.
