Better than the rest!
I mainly take iron so that I can give blood. But I do feel I needed too. I have more energy. I was using a different iron supplement and my iron wasn’t up enough. Once I took this it came right up and I can donate blood again. It is easy on my stomach. And obviously absorbs better than others.

Be careful
Be careful taking this product. My Wife is anemic so I was looking around for a good iron supplement purchased this product the reviews sounded good but oh no! After my wife took these supplements two hours later she was vomiting the supplement out and made her feel terrible. The iron was way to strong it made her feel so sick she drove back home from work feeling sick. After five hours she finally was starting too feeling better.

I gave 3 stars because the cost is good, the supplement has a lot of beneficial vitamins and the pill has no taste or smell or aftertaste which is great. HOWEVER, this is day 3 of taking this and my stomach has been tore up so badly today. Between stomach pain, cramps and diarrhea. I have struggled with finding a good iron supplement due to GI upset and after taste and artificial dyes so when I saw all of the positive reviews and everyone saying that it didn’t cause them GI upset, I decided to go for it. The bottle says to take on an upset stomach so that’s what I did and then after doing research when my stomach pain started it says to take with food so that’s what I’m going to try instead because I need iron as my level is extremely low and I want to try supplements before I do infusions.
