First these are some of the yummiest gummies on the market which will help you want to take them. They have iron, but also zinc, iodine, and selenium. You probably don’t want to take it if you need energy. Usually you take iron in the morning or during the day, but with selenium, it’s a restful supplement.A little pricy for a month’s worth, and a month’s worth doesn’t give you a full opportunity to really see any benefits if you don’t already take supplements like me.

Good but here’s what you should know
Not a bad taste, but the after taste is eh, it tastes like metal a little bit it’s doable. The reason I knocked off another star is because they dry up fast in the container and they all stick together, it’s impossible to get them out without using your finger (if it’s long enough) or a Utensil to get them out. Shaking the bottle won’t work. I bought them a few times but am sick of that inconvenience. Going to try a new brand now.

Nice way to get a bit of iron
I have always been slightly low on iron, but I have a hard time remembering to take iron pills along with all my other supplements. I decided to try these gummy feminine wellness iron supplements because I thought they would At least be easier to take than a pill and increase the likelihood of me taking them more frequently. I was correct as these are quite delicious and I do look forward to taking them. I find that I take all my gummy vitamins, much more regularly than the pill form.I detected no odor or Negative smell of any sort when taking these gummies Which is a big plus because iron does not smell the best typically.I like that the list of ingredients is written clearly on the bottle and I feel good about getting a little extra B12, Vitamin A, and biotin, etc.This supplement came packaged very nicely, including a Seal cover and a tightly closing lid. The only thing I would say to be cautious of that these are not keto friendly and one of the first ingredient is sugar so if that is an issue for you, these Are probably not for you. I am OK with a bit of sugar here and there and I do find the taste and texture quite nice so I will definitely finish this bottle and possibly buy another if I do start to feel positive effects
