Unlock Your Brain’s Potential
I’ve been using the ZEN LIFE HERB IQ+ Brain supplement for a while now, and it’s truly transformed my cognitive abilities. The natural ingredients like Lifeflower Breviscapine, Panax Notoginseng, Ginkgo Biloba, Schisandra Berry, and Raspberry work wonders in enhancing my memory retention and mental clarity. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my ability to focus and make decisions, all without the jitters from caffeine. It’s also great for managing stress and protecting my brain from oxidative stress, which gives me peace of mind about my long-term cognitive health. The soft gel format is super convenient to take daily. One thing that could be improved is the availability of more detailed information on the clinical tests conducted. While I trust the product, more transparency about the trials would boost my confidence even further.

Not sure about the effectiveness
I’ve been taking this nearly every day for the past week and I really feel like this is a mixed bag of results. Some days I feel sharper and focused and other days I feel like I’m getting nothing out of this. Granted that may be the ginseng and ginkgo biloba which historically never really done much for me. To each their own I suppose. The good:Pills do have a taste but its neither bad or very apparent. My son has adhd and they recommend ginkgo and ginseng as a possible natural remedy, so I asked him to take one of these. He says they do have a taste and he doesnt care for it.Has all of the things you might looks for with manufacturing process, contents etc. GMO free, GMP certified, made in the US.The bad:Pills have a weird color. This simply look unappealing. These are a soft gel so I feel like they literally could’ve chosen any color they wanted and they selected an ugly yellow.Pills are a bit on the larger side.

Really Like the Schisandra in this
I got this because I am a huge fan of Schisandra Berry for the benefits it may have especially with the liver. The Breviscapine is a new ingredient for me and I really like what I am learning about it. It too appears to be beneficial possibly with the liver and I see mention of lipids in some studies too. I like that a copyright form of it was used along with the Ginseng which I already take for possible energy and longevity benefits. Lastly the raspberry extract is always welcome in my supplements for the many imo possible health benefits associated with it as well. I think this blend was put together with a lot of thought and focus. I have had no sides with this and not noticing much seeing how I currently take some of these ingredients already. I did not see any mention of third party lab testing but two of these ingredients are copyright form and I feel fairly confident about the others being top quality too. I notice this is from a small business which I love to support. These caps were easy to take and I had no quality issues with the bottle I received. Good Luck and I Hope this was Helpful.

Main Ingredients are Great
I had to search the description online to find if it was GF or not. The main ingredients are good. Glad to see it is Non-GMO. However, i wish they other ingredients were healthier. Where does the color “yellow” come from? Couldn’t they choose a healthier oil to include in the gelatin? I have no idea if this product will help. I would probably need to take it for 40-50 days to really see what affects it would have.

It’s helping!
ZEN LIFE HERB IQ Ingredients: Lifeflower Breviscapine, Panax Notoginseng, Gingo Biloba, Schisandra Berry, and Raspberry. Five ingredients, two of which I do not recognize, but something in here is working! I have been using this product for a little more than two weeks, and I find myself recalling small details from as long ago as…yesterday! Yes, ha ha, that is not impressive, but I repeat, SMALL details. Of course I recall a great deal more; it is the small details that have me impressed. And hopeful. I believe I will buy a repeat bottle of this when needed and will keep you informed. I also take Phosphatidylserine, not included here but in many other brain supplements. I can’t know how they interact, just that things have improved with the addition of Zen Life Herb IQ.

An interesting supplement that’s new to me, but has some “other ingredients”
I’m usually drawn to anything brain oriented or nootropic in nature. I’ve dealt with brain fog and actively looking for ways to keep things healthy up there, as you are too if you’re reading this. I was curious about one of the ingredients – lifeflower breviscapine. This nutrient is purported to have many cardio and neurological benefits. There are other tonic herbs included in the proprietary formula: notoginseng, schisandra, ginkgo, raspberry extract. This issue I have with this supplement is that there are other ingredients listed in very small print against a dark background making it difficult to notice or read. They are trying to hide the inclusion probably of ethylparaben which is used as a fungicide but does potentially have some health concerns. There’s also titanium dioxide and yellow dye. One has to decide if the benefits outweigh these other ingredients. I would prefer to not have these extra ingredients included.

Nice packaging, several safety seals – clean softgels – no negative impacts.
There was bubble wrap packaging, and a safety seal around the neck of the bottle – plus another under the cap. There were 2.5 years before the expiration date on the bottom of the bottle. The softgels are slightly bigger than I expected and a goldish yellow-brown color. They were easy to swallow. The directions say to take 4 per day with a meal, so this bottle would last 15 days. I didn’t have any negative impacts from the supplements, and I appreciated that the ingredients were listed on the label. (I am surprised how many supplements don’t do that.)I can’t really comment on effectiveness. As I get older, I do wonder about my brain health – and so I am attracted to supplements like this one. That said, I haven’t had an embarrassing mishaps related to my memory since I’ve been taking these. It could be a coincidence – but those lapses are something that have happened to me on occasion.
