Easy to Swallow
This supplement is easy to take and the capsules are easy to swallow. I take them with juice or water so I don’t notice any bad tastes. I also have not experienced any negative side effects. I do feel a bit more energy but I am not sure I can attribute it to this supplement yet, but I will keep taking it.
