Some probiotics you feel it working. This one just does its job, no fuss, no muss, reduced bloating! I love it. One less star for size. Maybe its just me but the capsule gets stuck horizontally in my throat.

I have been in need of a great probiotic supplement and boy to I find a good one. Immediately within a week I experienced fantastic results. One capsule a day has surely helped keep me become regular and I believe already it’s helping my immune system now that I have taken this close to 3 weeks. Everyone is sick around me and I haven’t caught anything, which is a miracle because I always get sick. I will continue with these probiotics and I highly recommend them. The first time I took this product I woke up the next morning with extreme dizziness. My stomach was also very very talkative. Tried reaching out to ask what the potential side effects were with no response so I will not be ordering this again.
