I’ve been doing yoga since 1990s, these are great supports
I started out doing B.K.S. Iyengar yoga, which means yoga with straps, blocks, other supports. Now that I’m 63, and have been injured numerous times, have cervical stenosis, had a stroke 2 years ago, it’s amazing I can do yoga at all! These blocks are great, sturdy, very firm without being hard like the cork blocks that it can no longer use because of hyperesthesia which means that my body reacts stronger to stimulus then it should, so if it’s a two on your pain scale, it’ll be at 8 or 9 on mine.If you use these vertically and you’re close to being able to get your hand down to your ankle or the floor for, say, warrior poses, these will help you get there because after you adjust to these placesd vertically, you can then turn them horizontally to reach your goal. These blocks also work if you have a tall sturdy chair, you can put two of these on top of the chair horizontally, and be able to do poses that would otherwise be impossible. Use your imagination, be careful, move slow so you can back out of a pose if needed, and these are great tools in a yoga tool chest. The price is high but fair because if you treat these well, they will last for many, many years.I am very sensitive to odors, and these don’t reek the way a lot of products do made out of similar materials.

Just enough height
Sufficient height to accommodate various exercises. Well made, doesn’t take up much room to store.

Excellent yoga block
This big yoga block is excellent. I stand on it for some physical therapy exercises, and it’s big enough for my whole foot to stand comfortably on it. It is very firm for standing on. Previously I used two dense cork yoga blocks which were more inconvenient to use, not to mention heavier. I love this!

Stated dimensions are wrong
Item actually measures 5″ x 6″ x 12″. I would have preferred the stated 6.75″…Label on the block is wrong too. That said, the block is solid and I think it will work well for my old, less flexible body as I practice yoga

Just right
Lacking sufficient flexibility in my yoga class I needed taller blocks. These fit the bill – well-made and just the right height.

Solidly built, aesthetically pleasing
We bought this for some unconventional use, where we need it to be solid (not to give) as a support mechanism, and the color blends with stainless steel. It is perfect for our intended use. Much better than generic polystyrene foam blocks.

Designed for the less flexible student
The blocks provide a more stable basis for ham string stretches, compared to a stack of two to three standard blocks. Also provides a higher position when sitting on the floor.

Like the size
Having a larger size block is very helpful. Well made with a bit of heft to it. Like having neutral color of gray.
