I am writing this review because I want to ensure the security of this product by promoting it (not getting paid to) and also because I want others who are suffering from the awful disorder Akathesia to try this supplement. I developed akathesia and researched it like a mad man in attempt to find a cure. Thank God for the internet because I found some very important things just through talk shows on YouTube. I also read a lot but the internet helped me find this so the internet wins. In the video “Joe Rogan and Kelly Brogan,” Kelly Brogan, a psychiatrist, explains that the best leading theory on Akathesia is that its source is liver toxicity from gut medication, including psychiatric drugs which are actually largely gut medications. This supplement cures Akathesia, at least while you take it. I know because I tried it.I know my body grossly well. I know that my liver “hyper-dumps” toxins into the ascending-transcending colon transition space, meaning your liver dumps a ton of toxins into whatever is passing by the right side of your colon as food is digested through it. This is happens in people with restless leg syndrome (RLS), as the hyper-dumping happens during walking or when people have RLS also. This only occurs for people with a certain set of genetics which makes them “parasympathetic dominants.” And only a portion of the population is extraordinarily vulnerable to akathesia, about 5-10% of people. These are the parasympathetic dominants, like myself.Anyway, akathesia means “to never sit down.” In ancient Greece, the liver was called the “seat of the soul” because of how much blood flowed to it. Well, doesn’t it make sense that the seat of the soul (the liver) is the source of the disease that makes it so a person can never sit down? That’s not why I believe this cures akathesia, I believe it because I have felt it and because I have the research to prove it as well. However, this seems like common sense with these definitions.I used to have chronic akathesia which I treated with various Host Defense products and other diet changes (including stopping taking the medications causing it, which BOY did that make it worse, due to a phenomena called “masking” where the medication covers its own toxicity symptoms), and I then had intermittent akathesia after about a year. I would occassionally have no akathesia at all (mind you I was taking about 4-5 of the most powerful plant medicines known to man at that point). However, it started coming back after some months, even with breaks from Host Defense products (2 days usually) in attempt to get my liver enzyme levels back up (I guessed). I ended up seeking out this product because I had heard Akathesia was from a liver problem. It worked the first day I took it. Like magic, like nothing else I’ve taken. I had RLS again and it felt good for the first time in my life since developing akathesia. Sitting down felt good for the first time since I got akathesia. I now believe RLS is a sign of a functioning liver in a parasympathetic dominant person, somebody who is able to sit down and enjoy their throne thanks to not having akathesia.If you know anyone with akathesia tell them about this supplement. If you have akathesia, you must try this. This is the akathesia cure, and Host Defense does it right. I take it twice a day, 2 pills in the morning and 1 or 2 later in the day depending on how I feel (and to save money bc this is expensive stuff). I don’t need any other supplements for akathesia except this which has helped me buy less supplements from Host Defense. I want to ensure there are two passes in my colon with this supplement in it, per day, which is why I take it during 2 different times. Now you know too much about my metabolism but this is how this will work for you the best if you have akathesia. I hope this helps somebody. I know Akathesia was the worst part of my problems from medications, other the Extra Pyramidal Symptoms, Tardive Dyskenisia, and trigeminal neuralgia (suicide headaches) which I blame primarily on the medications. I suspect this supplement, hemp seeds, and some dietary changes, particularly adding in more fruit and vegetables into my diet, have overall helped me recover 90% from all of these problems. There was one extreme route I took for suicide headaches that I can’t mention here, but I can say I almost completely cured that problem through mushrooms. I’ve even been able to optimize some things in my health like being able to work longer and harder that I ever thought would be possible again. I thank this supplement for curing my akathesia and I will seek out these ingredients the rest of my life so I can continue living without akathesia. As far as I am concerned, this is the best cure for akathesia.TLDR; this is the best cure for akathesia because it’s very easy to take and it works very well. As real as a “nature’s pharmacy” gets.Note: I’ve used an organic beet and green apple in a blender and had success with that as well for a liver cleanse. Doesn’t taste fantastic but I’m doing it for medicine after all, not culinary value. I’m sure there are many liver cleanses that will work for akathesia. I would suggest going for a liver cleanse of some sort if you have akathesia. It will be your only cure, to cleanse the liver.

I love this product and the brand. I think it’s good for the price too. Taking off a star though because I miss the women’s blend. I was told to use this one instead as it is closest to the women’s one but I don’t love it as much. I do take it daily still though. Would recommend.
