So your out there, hunting for D3 Supplements, wondering what’s good, what’s not? You strongly like the taste of apples, pineapple, citrus.. then do I have a product for you…!So I’m getting older, & smarter, getting older faster than smarter I think? but that’s besides the point. SO I’m slowly comprehending the importance of supplements, the benefits & I’m trying to take them where helpful!I don’t get a lot of sunshine.. & realistically, while sunshine is beneficial..it’s also harmful (Skin cancer). So to skirt this lack of sunshine.. I figured I’d add some D3 vitamins to my diet.I can’t speak on the efficacy of this supplement as of yet-but I can say they are delicious & quite easy to chew up! I may give an update in the future if I can remember to do so.

Vitamin D levels are good.
I do not get out in the sun much causing me to have low Vitamin D levels. I have been using these and they taste great. My daughter likes the taste of them as well and they really became a winner at my last physical when my levels were in a normal range.

NIH actually recommends 5,000 IU of D2 or D3. It’s hard to know what supplements whether they’re working or not, but I did order a different brand where I was able to get 10,000 IU per day. Be sure to do your research because more is not necessarily better. NIH is the authority on all things health.

Great tasting, non-clumpy or sticky
Very delicious pineapple taste! These gummies are so much more pleasurable than the tiny gelcaps. They don’t stick together like other gummies are known for. Only complaint is how it’s marketed in the description and label: basically each gummy is 1,000 IU, and the serving size is 2 pieces, so you must eat two gummies to get 2,000 IU.
