I read so anecdotal evidence that it helped with overactive bladder urges. And as of right now I feel as though it actually has helped a fair bit. Whether it is a placebobeggect or it really works I Dont know, but I have had my situation improved.

Inexpensive but seems to be working
I have purchased a more expensive brand for years but this one seems to be working I think. Still haven’t finished the bottle but if I take it daily , it seems to keep me sharper. I have lyme and it helps with the cognitive word block and memory. I think I’ll purchase it again.

I think these work? Ultimately, I did not get the tingly sensation I’ve had with some other Lion’s Mane supplements, but it’s hard to say if there is any effect or benefit. It’s a decent price and seems well made, but it’s difficult to tell if these supplements are doing what they say they do. It would take a few months of trialling and controlling for different variables.It is, however, good enough for me.
