It is very very sweet naturally from the real honey it’s made from! It has a slight tart aftertaste from the apple cider vinegar which has a long list of health benefits. I have been taking 1 tsp. every morning for a few months and I can tell when I run out. It tastes great. It is very sticky when it seeps out but you just have to rinse the bottle! Great product. Glad I found it.

Really makes a difference for me.
I start taking this daily in the fall and continue throughout the winter. It seems to prevent some degree of winter illness and reduces the severity of illness when and if I do come down with something. The taste is not bad either, but it is sour/vinegar; not so bad that you don’t get used to it. I take two shy tablespoons a day and have the syrup on auto ship.
