Great for Value
This mat is great, its thick and cushiony. I would recommend using this on hard floors, but could work on short carpet. I bought to use with my walking pad under the desk, but since my desk is on carpet there was just too much cushion and the belt was hitting this mat.

Good mat for Peloton bike
This mat works well for our Peloton bike. The bike is stable and not wobbling, and the mat provides a nice cushion for walking in your Delta clip cycling shoes. It was also easy to clean when my puppy chose it as an unfortunate spot to go the bathroom.

Great Addition To The Home Gym
My workout room has carpet, purchased these mats (2) to serve two purposes 1. Keep my workout equipment from indenting my carpet 2. Keeping sweat out of carpet….The Mats arrived quickly, laid flat within 15 min. The bottom of the mats are smooth, the top has a light non-slip grip. The thickness is perfect…Firm for equipment, yet soft enough for body workouts. First mat eliminated the slight wobble I was experiencing with my elliptical machine (bonus) The second mat has served me well as an overall Yoga, pushup, sit-up, whatever mat. I will be using these mats outdoor as well, Tent floor pads, and in my Goose Hunting blind. Super easy to wipe down and disinfect after a workout, much easier to set up than puzzle piece mats. Price was perfect, quality is great shipping was quick. Highly recommend.

Disclaimer — there is some sort of free item claim upon review submission. But then i review most of my purchases and this one is no different. this review is not impacted by the free item claim.Requirement — this mat was purchased for some in garage / patio calisthenics workouts owing to Covid-19 situation. this is a heavy well built mattress. straight out of the boxhad that rubber / chemical smell (not overpowering but it was there).Put it out in the sun for a coupe of days (bright sunny and rainy as well) and the smell is all gone. Now sits in the garage for workouts and has been put to a month+ of daily usgae.Pros —- extremely well built, sturdy and heavy mattress.– Thickness is decent for the amount paid. spot jogging on it did mitigate the impact from the ground.– the rubber density is very good. indents do get created as you stand on it but no to the extent to feel the ground beneath.– grippy surface — the texture is such to not let the foot slip and that is very helpful for mountain climbers/burpees.Cons —- dust does tend to reduce the grip a bit. A simple fix is to wipe it with a wet power towel (cleanex wipes are great but i am not sure of the effects of chemicals in the long run).Definitely recommended.

This is a good one
I wanted to get more active while still spending a huge amount of time at a keyboard and listening to podcasts, so I purchased this. It has worked really well so far. No assembly needed, and it’s light enough for me to pick up the end without the wheels, and easily wheel it around. It does roll smoothly, so no worries about having it on hardwood floors. I did buy a pad to go under it though. I am 5’7″ and worried about having to shorted my stride to walk on it, but it is mot a problem. I am going to slap together a small table top or something to rest my arms on while using the keyboard – I have zoned out while walking and found myself trying to step on the front, off the back, or way off to the side. A small table or something will help keep me centered in place (I do not have a standing desk yet). It is quiet and seems well designed and well made, not the usual from China. I am loving it so far and have no reason to think that will change as this seems to be well built.

Perfect addition to our gym!
We purchased a new treadmill to add to our home gym. Needed a new rubber mat to place under it. This is exactly what we were looking for. The size is just the right length. The thickness is perfect. It’s lightweight so easy to move around (if needed), but yet thick/durable/heavy enough to protect our flooring underneath. The rubber material is also thick enough to withstand the weight of a large piece of heavy gym equipment.This would also make a good mat in an exercise room for floor exercises, yoga, etc….GREAT price point! I researched multiple options and this was a very fair price compared to other options I searched.The product arrived FAST and I do not have Amazon Prime. 🙂

La compré para colocarla debajo de una bicicleta estática. Impide cualquier tipo de movimiento indeseado y protege el suelo del agua y sudor que puedan caer mientras se está utilizando. Precio muy razonable.

Bought to protect the carpet from the use of the treadmill. Great size, the material is robust. No complaints here.

Bought this and it was insufficient to prevent my neighbour from complaining that my treadmill is noisy. Bought earthquake resistant pads to be placed in between my treadmill and the mat, when I pull off the pads, a chuck of the material came off along with the earthquake resistant pads. I would expect better durability.
