I am over 50 and have a wide variety of medical issues from Type 2 Diabetes to Carpal Tunnel to Menopause. I started taking Multi-Mushroom Complex about a month ago for several reasons. Of course, with Covid out there, I was concerned with my compromised immune system, but also, I had confusion, mental fog, moodiness and chronic pain. I had investigated a wide variety of individual mushroom supplements and found that Multi-Mushroom Complex contained all the mushroom supplement types I was interested in. The results I have gotten were not instantaneous, but I did notice subtle improvements in my mood, mental clarity and inflammation based morning pain. The longer I have taken the supplement, the more improvement I have seen. The only thing that I can say negatively about the product is the size of the capsule, but taking it prior to eating a snack made it easier to get the capsule down.

I take a mushroom supplement to enhance my immune system, particularly with regard to cancer. Since the aim is long-term benefit, there is no way to know if the product works for that. But this particular product has a good variety of mushrooms in the capsules, and the price is excellent. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a mushroom supplement.

I watched another company’s presentation about the content of mushrooms and then I saw their price of nearly $100 and decided to do some searching elsewhere. I have rheumatoid arthritis as well as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis which are both autoimmune diseases. I have taken these every day for about 12 days now and yesterday I woke up and could stand without pain and walk normally. I am also sleeping better now and my respiratory issues like allergies have also improved. The only thing I changed was adding this supplement so I have to guess it is this helping the inflammation. I already use turmeric and CBD as well as aspirin but I was still suffering. I will update if there is any sort of relapse but for now, I am very happy with this product. I intend to get some family members hooked up to get it too who have serious illness.

Day 24. The capsules are huge and require plenty of water to keep down. There’s some mushroom aftertaste a couple of hours later but nothing bothersome. I feel no difference in cognitive or overall health.
