Incredible help with ADD
I’m always skeptical of supplements— even with this brand (which always surpasses my expectations). I had these for about a month before I decided to try it. I started out with about a third of a capsule, as other reviewers mentioned that this was a very strong blend. Sure enough, I could tell a major difference with just that low of a dose.I’m diagnosed ADD. Every day, I take a prescription in the morning and another in the afternoon. But just on that small dose, I skipped my afternoon Rx. I work with numbers at a desk all day, so being able to focus without my second dose of medication is kind of a big deal to me.Now, I take a full capsule with my time released Rx every morning. It allows me to have:- energy without the jitters- focus without the anxiety- less of a dependence on pharmaceuticalsIn all honesty, I can’t say that I’ve noticed any negative side effects. In fact, it actually helps alleviate the side effects of my medication (decreased appetite, insomnia, anxiety, hyper-focus, etc).Over time, I could see this becoming a replacement to my medication (when combined with a healthy life style). All said, I can’t recommend this product enough.

Vitamineral Earth and Vitamineral Green are great. Next best is Fruits of the earth
I am a huge Healthforce fan. I have tried nearly every product. Vitamineral Earth and Vitamineral Green are great. Next best is Fruits of the earth. For financial reasons, I usually can only afford this product. The next thing I will buy if I have the money is their maca. Anyway, this stuff is expensive, but they are a good company and this is the best deal you can find. A single pill has 250 milligrams of gingko extract. It also 125 milligrams of gotu kola and siberian gingseng respectively. This is all in one pill. Certain gingko pills are cheaper, but they sometimes have as little as 30 milligrams of gingko. A bad gingko brand does not necessarily have a correct “extraction” either. Not all “extracts” are created equal. Dosages are arbitrary at a certain point. This brand knows what its doing.It is great for circulation. It takes the edge off of caffeine. If you wake up at 4 am and cannot fall back asleep, this pill works for me every time. It works better than taking it at 9 pm for falling asleep for some reason. The problem is, this is not something that you can feel immediately. Usually things that give you a head rush are sending blood away from your brain. Things that send blood TO your brain, are harder to feel. Over time, I have come to notice that I think clearer. I am more stable and sharp. I take other things like l-theanine. I find supplements that aid in brain circulation are fundamentally essential to mental health. Having said that, you problem are not going to feel anything amazing over night. The first times I took it, I felt pulsing in my head and tingling in my calves. It is not going to feel like the first time you smoke a cigarette when you are drunk. (I stopped smoking at 21. I’m now 22. It ruins your circulation. I have always been very healthy, but I used to enjoy tobacco.)Any who, this is a great product. The best as far as gingko products go. I recommend it as a daily aid to anyone. Try to take it on an empty stomach. It makes it work better.

Great effects but too strong for me
Worked but was too strong for me! I was able to focus on work or whatever else I decided to focus on. I had to decide that ahead of time because otherwise I might get focused on something that wasn’t beneficial. So I made a list of all the positive things I wanted to focus on and do and that’s exactly what happened! I got things done and focused on my positive affirmations. And whatever I decided I was not going to dwell on — I didn’t go there.However, I have to say that it was too powerful for me. The first day my skin was on fire and itchy. I felt strange. I started to adjust to it but was still getting so tense my shoulders would ache at the end of the day.I’m going to look around for a milder gingko blend. But for people who can handle this, it can really have a positive effect if you set your intentions.

If you have asthma avoid the new formulation
I wish I had clicked on the second image on this product’s page. I had used this company’s CircuForce product for years, and based my purchase on what you see in the attached photo. It looks like HealthForce has reformulated what had been a great product with the addition of Lion’s Mane Mushroom extract. Besides being someone with an overall mushroom allergy, this one can exacerbate asthma symptoms and should be avoided by anyone who suffers from asthma. To my disgust, the two bottles I purchased can not be returned, so I am ripped off to the tune of US$70.

They aren’t kidding when they state they add a higher dose of Ginko than most other products. I did a little looking around and they seem to be the highest. I wouldn’t even go higher than this haha. I do recommend doing your research on Ginko though.I just love this brand. Their intention, their dark glass bottle, pure pure ingredients, and the way they source everything. One of the very top 2 brands I have come across so far in my lifetime.With Ginko, you really feel it. The first time was amazing. I felt more focused and strong in the mind. The other two times was two much because of what I took along with it. For example, combining it with coffee, cacao, st. johns wort ect.
