Good Product!
I chose this because it has ingredients that I like. I am hoping it will help to address some health concerns. Seems like a decent quality for the price. It’s too soon yet to tell how it will ultimately end up working, but I’ve had no negative side effects so far. Recommended!

The price of these is way too high. I have tried other gummies and they are priced a little better. I didn’t like the sugar coating on them. I didn’t really seem to notice that they helped at all.

Thisnis a good dose of melatonin for my family. For the last few years, I have noticed that I can’t fall asleep very well, or can I stay asleep through the night. At times my kids have the same problem. When we can’t sleep 5mg of melatonin is usually enough to push us into a deep sleep.These gummies have a good flavor. They are covered in sugar and remind me of a spice drop! I like that they are gummies, as my kids have difficulties taking pills. Gummies are a great choice for them! These do resemble candy, so keep these out of reach of kids and pets to prevent accidental overdose.

Strong and good flavor
This is a pretty high dose of melatonin. You might want to cut these in half or even quarters until you find the dose that works well for you. I felt pretty groggy the morning after. They taste good and seem pretty fast-acting.

They’re frosted!
These have some sort of sugar-like frost coating on them that makes them look like a sour patch kid. I don’t really know if you should be trying to make what is essentially a supplement/medication this appetizing, but it does taste pretty good and is very effective. I like it!

American Made. Clean Ingredients.
Free of allergens, soy, GMO’s, and gluten. Made in the USA with simple ingredients. Only 5mg each so you don’t have to take more than you need. Taste is good, and the packaging is fine. Not a bad product but there are certainly more economical alternatives. I’d get them again, but only if the price was more in line with comparable products out there.

good taste
I usually take melatonin at night, not for sleep but to replenish the melatonin that my body no longer produces. I increased my dosage from 3 mg to 5 mg which these gummies have. I like the state and it is so much more convenient to get my melatonin in gummy form. There are no negatives. I have not had any adverse effect though I slowly worked up to 5 mg over a few months.
