Yerba Mate (Ilex Paraguariensis) is an evergreen shrub, or a tree with smooth whitish bark and hard wood. The branches of the plant are sprawling, forming a pyramidal crown. The flowering period is from late May to mid-June. The flowers are axillary, dioecious, on short pedicels. Petals are greenish-white. The fruit is a drupe of bright red color, spherical in shape, which hold on to branches all winter.

Excellent! This is much better than the “Alcohol-Free” version.
There must be something soluable in alcohol that is not soluble in glyserine. The effects of this are totally different than the “Alcohol- Free” version. This product gives me a bright, clean, and euphoric boost of energy. The alcohol- free tincture made me horribly dysphoric, angry, irritable, anxious, and weirdly lethargic. I am really shocked there are no reviews for this yet. This tincture surpassed my expectations. I highly reccomend it.

Deceptive seller statements
The page here says eligible doe refund or replacement but when you try to return they tell you refunds not accepted. This product is no where near as a effective as the tea. For 20 bucks you can buy 3 bags of really good tea right here on Amazon. What a rip off!!!

Helps to treat severe coughing and bronichial irritation
On two occasions of severe coughing and bronchial irritation due to a “bug” going around, or whatever, I found this yerba mate extract, in one dafour drops in my tea every day, to be hightly effective in stopping irritation and detering symptoms. It acted as an expectorant, and in short order, about a day, I was free of symptoms. I ordered more bottles. I have given it to friends with instructions, including adding a bit of honey if they don’t like the flavor. Reports have been consistently good.
