As a pre-med student, HANAH ONE helps me maintain focus during long (10+ hour) study sessions. I stir it into my tea in the morning and feel energized and noticeably sharp all day. This was a god send when studying for the MCAT, and is equally good to drink before strenuous physical activity! I’m not sure if it was disproportionately effective for me (as a vegetarian I may have been deficient in several key nutrients) but HANAH ONE is the best nutritional supplement I have ever tried. All natural goodness concentrated in a convenient, tasty package. 5 stars!

Has sugar – no bueno
It’s got a lot of great ingredients but it has enough sugar to keep you out of Keto but enough fat to keep you in. Those 2 don’t go together. They need to fix that and I’d be hooked.

Caused 21 day menstrual cycle
I used this daily initially to great effect, improved sustained energy, better sleep, 0 body anxiety, a more even mood, and then had a 21-day cycle which finally ended after discontinuing the product but not without a few doctor visits before and after to deal with the resulting anemia. Had no issues of this nature prior to using Hanah and haven’t had any since stopping.I’m sure it works well for some people considering the reviews, but I’d advise monitoring your health for any negative changes as herbs/superfoods are potent and not for everyone’s body chemistry.

Seems like a bit too much sugar in it..even if it’s natural. Other than that, I really liked the product. I felt like it did improve my energy most times I took it. It certainly tastes better than it looks. Looks and feels like sludge. I gifted one to a relative and they also noticed the increase in overall energy. So I’d say it works.

Energy boost in a daily life
I spent about 10 days taking this HANAH ONE one scoop of a spoon the first thing in the morning. It made me feel energized and gave me a good energy to kickstart a day. After a week, my body is energized a lot, and I’m waking up every morning just like I’m flying out of my bed. I’ve been taking HANAH ONE daily and it delivers! I ran across it because I follow Jimmy Chin on Intagram and I am sooooo glad I did!
