I completely understand that nutrients should be taken in by nutritious food but when our diets lack a good multivitamin comes in handy. These vitamins are easy to swallow, about the size of a 500mg Tylenol, no funny tastes and easy to open container. I don’t like gummy vitamins and needed a multivitamin that I could take whole. The serving of nutrients seems to be on point. I take one every night. Follow the directions on the container. I handle the vitamin well with out an upset stomach or anything.

Vitamin with Iron
I think these are good vitamins however they are capsules and because of multiple sclerosis I have difficulty swallowing so unfortunately, they were dissolved in my mouth before I could swallow them. But I am intending to open the capsule and put it into a liquid. Great product with lots of minerals and vitamins.

Be Aware:
You need to remove the product from the capsule, there is a lot of plastic surrounding the vitamins within itself. I could feel the pill get stuck in my chest two times. They’re easy to open, I put some in my favorite juice, stirred and feel amazing.Overall I feel this is a phenomenal vitamin, I have noticed a difference in my energy as well as clear thinking over the last week.
