We take one capsule each day even though a minimum daily requirement for Omega 3-6-9 hasn’t been established.These caps are reasonably priced and don’t seem to cause “burping” or leave an oily taste.

The levels of EPA and DHA are low. A capsule is 1000mg, but a serving is 2 and the label information is based off of that. SO, when you take 2000mg of Golden Alaska Deep Sea Omega-3-6-9 Fish Oil, you are getting:700mg fish oil126mg EPA84mg DHA200mg primrose oil (a plant)1100mg flaxseed oil (a plant)So every capsule actually only has 350mg of fish oil, 63mg EPA and 42mg of DHA. And 650mg of plant oilYou’re getting very little beneficial fish oil and omega oil, which explains the very cheap price. So it’s a bit misleading when the label says deep sea fish oil and half of it is plant oil (100mg primrose and 550mg flaxseed).
