Good value and good product
I have purchased two bottles of the postnatal multivitamin. After a few days I felt the difference in my energy. I felt like I was less exhausted. I really enjoyed the breastmilk boosting milk blend. It was helpful to keep my milk supply steady. I like that the milk blend was free of Fenugreek, which is hard on my stomach. I would recommend to any recovering mother.

Honest review after 3 months of taking
The pills are somewhat big and float in your mouth so I have to swallow them fast to get them down. I also have to drink a lot of water afterwards bc it feels like they don’t go all way down if I don’t. They have helped with my energy levels and with my hair growth after post partum shedding. I do have to eat a full meal before taking or else I will get nauseous even if I eat a small snack beforehand. My milk supply has been fairly low my whole experience bc my daughter only eats about 5 oz and I have not noticed any changes in milk supply after taking but Im also not doing anything else to try to increase it bc my daughter is satisfied with her current feedings. I will continue taking for the time being.

Glad I got these
I got these because I’m exclusively breastfeeding and although this is my 4th child, she’s the first to actually latch and take to me and it’s been great! However, I was getting REALLY depleted and I was taking a prenatal that just weren’t getting the job done. These, for the short time I’ve had them, have been really great! My brain fog has started to lift, I’m less tired from vitamin deficiencies and overall I just feel better. My milk supply was fine before but it really seems like this has helped, my baby is very happy with that. I never really thought about postnatals before now, wish I had, but better late than never. Flavor is what you’d expect from a multivitamin, not much you can do about that and the pills are a fairly decent size, so one at a time but overall it’s worth it.

Energy booster
These pills have done wonders for my post partum healing journey. They give me so much energy throughout the day and have also increased my milk production. I usually experience post partum hair loss with my other children, however I have not this time around. I am not sure if these vitamins are helping me maintain my hair, but I do believe so. If you have not purchased, do not hesistate in doing so, you will not regret.

I wanted to like these.
I chose to try these based off other reviews.. maybe some are just more sensitive to the ingredients then others.. i dont know. I’m someone who is sensitive to lots of soaps and lotions and metals so maybe the ingredients just does not work for me or my baby. I took it for a week straight to be sure. After two days of taking it my son had super painful gas that was causing screaming fits, he and I both became constipated. The powder capsules aren’t great to swallow, I swallowed them one at a time due to the fact that they float in your mouth full of water. I’m bummed I wanted to like these… can’t say I notice any increase in mood or breast milk production neither.

Not feeling nauseous!
I’m halfway through my pregnancy and have been having a rough time with finding the right prenatal vitamin. All that I’ve tried have been leaving me nauseous and sick. Needless to say after a week of trying GoBiotix Prenatal I have not felt sick after taking. It’s also odorless which if you’re pregnant, you know that omega is tough on the smell sensitivity chart!!I will definitely be trying their Postnatal after baby comes
