Better than most
Recently tried the Gnarly vegan BCAA in berry lemonade flavor. Great addition to my workout, good energy all the way through, 35 mg of caffeine to give you a little jump start and the flavor is better than most.My only complaint is whoever is in charge of shipping this product needs some re-education. They shipped a tin product in a thin mailing envelope. The can was so dented that the lid won’t reseal and I’ve had to move everything to a tupperware container.

Good healthy option
I like this product. It tastes good for not having artificial sweeteners. I would recommend if you have the extra cash to get healthier supplements like this that you do. Just start researching some of the sweeteners, flavorings, and dyed they put in you favorite supplements and you’ll quickly find the extra money to spring for gnarly products and others like it. The berry lemonade was good. The powder mixes pretty well, sometimes I get a little at the bottom that I have to swirl to get it all but it’s not anything I’m not used to. As far as its benefits, I don’t see anything better or worse then the many other bcaas I’ve used except for no artificial ingredients. I like bcaas to supplement with during my workouts and this one does the job to keep me going.

Good Flavor and assists with muscle recovery.
I’ve been taking Gnarly BCAAS for years. Through Crossfit or swimming, this has always helped with recovery. I always notice a big difference in muscle recovery when I do take it and when I don’t. I also like that this doesn’t have any fake flavors or caffeine since sometimes I take it late at night. I really dislike when BCAAS taste like really fake candy, this one doesn’t. I usually do 1 scoop and mix it with the water I’m drinking throughout the workout. I also really like Gnarly as a company. Their Vegan Vanilla Protein is amazing as well.

Love this BCAA but which came in larger container
Love this BCAA. I was looking for an all natural BCAA without all the artificial sweeteners and colors that other BCAA’s I tried had. I’m trying to avoid this artificial stuff as much as I can and since I use BCAA’s almost daily, they were definitely a place where I wanted to avoid them.I liked that this product is not all overly sweet like other BCAA’s I’ve tried. The Fruit Punch flavor is slightly bitter but I didn’t mind. I dilute my BCAA’s with quite a bit of water. I like the Lemon Lime flavor better since the slight tartness offsets the bitterness better. I’ve also mixed the two flavors which works really well.Love that the serving size is 5 grams per scoop with the preferred 2:1:1 ratio.I’ve bought two containers so far and definitely will continue to buy in the future. Great BCAA!My one complaint would be that it does not come in a larger container so I don’t have to repurchase to frequently. Right now it’s lasting less than a month. Would like it if it lasted at least a couple months so something like 60-90 servings would be better.

So yummy! Little motivation booster!
This is my workout motivation booster, my treat to sip on at the gym…I’m very food motivated, and my daily bcaa mixer is the the only flavored drink I consume in a day (plain water is life!). I can’t say that this gives me a boost of noticeable energy or anything like that, but that’s another reason why I like this product. It contains 35 mg per serving of caffeine from green tea leaf which is great because I work out in the afternoons, so this won’t keep me buzzin’ into the night. Maybe it’s the placebo effect, maybe not…but it’s working.I love the flavor. It’s a citrusy berry flavor that doesn’t have a gross stevia aftertaste (even though it does contain stevia leaf). I’ve tried a lot of vegan bcaa drinks, and this one goes on the re-purchase list for rotation.Sidenote, I had some questions for Gnarly Nutrition, and they answered them promptly and were great peeps.

Instantly felt the difference. Recovered faster
Great product! Order received on time. I tried it as soon as it arrived. I could tell within my first workout a difference. Throughout the week my recovery was faster. I’m training for a bodybuilding competition, so I needed the boost.It can be difficult finding quality products as a Vegan athlete. I really appreciate the extra thought and commitment with Gnarly products. Currently using their vegan protein and Maximus preworkout. All great products. The vegan protein is the BEST TASTING protein ever!

Not happy with the flavor
As a BCAA product, this works relatively well. However, the flavor does not suit me. It is way to “in your face.” It would be better maybe if there was a flavorless version. It dissolves well.I tried this because Gnarly is a good brand, and I thought maybe I could get more product for the same amount of money I spend on my prior brand.I will finish this can, but I will not buy it again. The other brand I had been using, although pricier, actually works better for me and has no flavor.
